Navakerala Yatra
This march led by CPI(M) state secretary started off with a lot of controversy whether the CM would participate in it or not. Anyway I hope when the march reaches Trivandrum all the problems in kerala would be solved. There would be no dengue fever in the capital city. All the extremist holed upon in various parts of kerala would run out of the state like mosquitoes. Bombs can be made in police stations as envisaged by the home minister to smoke off these elements from our environment. All the gulf expatriates who are going to come back to the state in coming months after losing jobs could be given study classes on how to sustain with parippuvada and black tea.I sincerely hope that the march would put an end to the power crisis in the state by boycotting American nuclear reactors and attracting more lavalin like investments (this time we can ask a power company to build a water theme park instead of a cancer centre). I request the CPM leadership to use a road roller in their convoy so that at least some potholes in the road they are marching from Kasargod would be mended.
Save Kerala Yatra
This Yatra led by Ramesh Chennithala, KPCC president is again from kasargod with speculation whether K Karnakaran will participate in it or not over Rajya Sabha seat row. I earnestly call on all human rights organizations to take up the case of both Mr K Karunakaran and Mr V S Achutanandan (both octogenarians) who are being forced from various sides to take part in Yatras. This clearly is a case of cruelty to old men and should be taken upto the highest level. Anyway with the end of Chennithala’s yatra the GDP will bounce back to 9.1 and the 50 million people who are going to lose their jobs would be accommodated in Indira Bhavans across the country to play IGL (Indian group league). The most eligible idler in the country would be made the prime minister so that the poor economist can take a rest.
Janakeeya Yatra
This yatra organised by CPI will solve all the problems in agricultural (portfolio handled by the party) sector in kerala. Kerala would become 100% dependent as far food grains are concerned and CPI would become 100% dependent on CPM as far as votes are concerned. For those who don’t like rice from Tamil Nadu can eat burger from Mc donalds and drink a bottle of Pepsi (Please don’t drink Coco cola, because they wont give ads in matrubhoomi) to quench thirst.
Nava sandesha Yatra
The funniest of all Yatras is led by Mr K Muraleedharan, NCP president. I sincerely hope that atleast his problems are solved after the Yatra. I request all parties to make him atleast a panchayat president so that his father can die peacefully.
We want another Rath Yatra
As the net worth of ambanis and tatas have reduced substantially we whole heartedly understand inability of BJP to conduct yatras in all states. But I request the party to conduct cultural programmes in all states like nun raping in Orissa , pub demolition in Karnataka, manhandling teachers in MP, and most importantly to disallow every Muslim in this country to walk fearlessly on the road. I request them to create ram temples in every nook and corner of the country, so that ram would solve all the problems in the country (this time by not sending his pregnant wife to forest)
Why are others waiting?
I request DMK to conduct a yatra for LTTE to solve the problems of Srilankan Tamils. I request them to send all the women who lost jobs in the textile mills of thiruppur to srilanka as human bombs. This would solve all the problems of tamils across the state.
Mayawatiji please conduct a Yatra so that you could increase your personal asset by 10000% (rather than 3000% after you became CM) and thus eradicate poverty and crime in UP.
Bappu are you seeing this?
78 years ago a lean person marched 240 miles against a mighty empire and defeated them by love and passive resistance. He did not travel in Mercedes benz or Volvo bus, he walked. His followers were not lured by liquor and money (in kerala the standard rate for a rally participant is RS 250 and Chicken Biriyani, I know because I was offered this). They came because they believed in India, in Gandhiji. I hope he is not watching the castration of this divine mode of resistance in broad daylight.

every one knows that these political rallies are to gain political mileage.to attract ppl to their parties !.rather than to find solutions to the problems of the common man...
lets organise a march against all these rallies..our motto will be "no more" rallies!

whatever is written is perfectly correct. whatever "adam" has said is even more nice.I do agree most rallies are conducted with vested interests. But i would like to look at the other side of the coin. If a rally has been able to solve a problem of one person ; say may be one single problem of one human being , isnt that more than what we do. If a man who struggles for his daily meal gets 250Rs & a Chicken Biriyani, then its not small. I dont agree that this is the right way of doing things. i know the counter thoughts would be "if charity was their aim ; why waste money in a rally; invest it in charity". But i believe something is better than nothing. It may do only 1% good and the rest 99% bad. But still 1% is better than the big 0 what we are able to do.I conclude... if we are just spectators ; then we rather remain spectators. If we want a change then we rather become players. (like adam's suggestion).
Moral of the blog as conveyed to me 0: "I am not doing anything; I wont do anything ; but whatever others do is totally wrong!!
note : nothing personal ; only professional. Adam you still follow your master.

Criticism is one of the way to express yourself in a democratic society. It is my right to raise my voice against these elements who conduct rallies which obstructs traffic and does nothing good for society. The vandalism that happens in association with a rally causes losses amounting to crores of rupees to exchequer. if 1000 people gets rs 250( that too black money) and millions are lost due to traffic blocks (as most of the people are unable to go to the office) doesn't that account to criminal wastage of public money. What about the daily wage workers who are unable to earn as they cant go to work site due to a rally (example is JDS raly in bangalore in november). But as the motto goes for nomoreganesh an idler is more deserving than a hard worker. so give charity to rally participant while an ordinary daily wage worker starves

At least No more ganesh bought the 10 lacks and did some thing with it. You know we are not living in UTOPIA. Things wont unwind by its own unless you turn the wheel backwards. At least grab on to the opportunity of getting 10 lacks. It does not count if it goes 9 in pocket and 1 in charity. What it means is that the person used the opportunity to max and also made sure that people only see the 1 lack going in to charity. People I meant is the common people, not the prying eyes who is eager to find everything and criticize on all and do nothing. There is no solve for that. Country can't grow without corruption because 90% of people are corrupted or become if given a chance. The rest 10% are either terrorists or are those prying eyes which I mentioned earlier. You see there might be an EVE for an ADAM but its just means the EVE did not have a choice or her choice was restricted to Adam and probably a gorilla. So I think rather than being a prying eye being a corrupt person is better. At least you are in the majority…..After all everyone is for democracy naa :)

i do not stand for corruption.. pls take ideas clearly. What i m trying to convey is Do something and then start your criticism. You are getting it totally wrong . I never said i support corruption. but your final line is wat i tried to convey
stop talking.. start doing. then start criticising
@ author
Criticism is one of the way to express yourself in a democratic society. True ; very true. It is your right to do so.. yes you have all the right to do so. but doing so you are not providing any value addition. when i say you shouldnt do so i am giving my opinion; there is no question abt any rights here.
And i believe your topic is Marching time in Kerala and not in India. DONT GENERALIZE. again you bring in Bangalore JDS rally which is totally different i guess. Me n vishal donot come in the same pool. He gives his view and its not like adam blindly supporting the author.

Well corruption is bad...i do agree but whoever adam is please answer me while taking your driving license didn't you give the police officer money??? if you had not and went the bigger difficult way of convincing that you are an eligible driver....then you have the authority to comment on bribery.....if you had bribed the officer for your own good....then you have already made your part through....giving and taking are equally bad....Please think like that.....if you are fool proof 100% you can of course comment like this......

oh my god.. i apologize and realize that my english is really poor becoz i m not able to convey things properly. adam is getting things totally wrong.
i never meant you should organise a rally first. this is reading beyond the horizon. Do something fruitful. Do something to the community. Do something so that there is atleast a small change in the life of a person. Then comment. You have all the right to comment.
@ adam
sir i sincerely believe that 10 lorries of sand is very much inferior to food. Forty ppl waiting for 15 mts in a level cross is being compared with the hunger of ppl. Sir pls realiase that we are talking abt the food for a poor man and not a buffet for fun. I would still consider that 1 person's meal & his sustenance is much more important than the other nuisances. But pls dont read b/w the lines here..
There is no personal settling of scores here. Everything is blog specific. I believe i have mentioned that there is nothing personal; when i say that i mean that. And please dont think i m whining on it. I guess its my language problem that i m not able to put it right.
personal note : adam pls realise that you are very important to us. So no personal war against you. not even in dreams
professional note : das's blog is not suffering coz of this.. he wil be happy to see that he is getting a lot of comments ; his blog is getting a good mileage. If he feels so he will delete what is necessary...

u must think before posting..gimme the connection between that adam incident and the subject discussed here! metaphors :O..and dont think that i bribed someone to get my license...i followed the exact procedure.! H test and then the road test..! dont think that if u had done something to obtain something, others have to follow the same pattern!
@ nomore ganesh
feeding someone is not the only way to help others..there are many other ways in this world which can be more valuable to ppl than a piece of bread. the bread will be valuable to poverty stricken ppl..not to those who can eat an expensive meal using their funds..
i hope by writing this , i am able to convey my ideas and view points..

Stagnant water is better than the ones creating floods. Simple example is the agricultural sector of our country. Globalization created a lot of vitality in our system. A lot of white collar jobs. a lot of dynamic leaders who knew how to swim with the current. The result 70% of the population in this country is suffering. farmers across the country are committing suicide like never before. Believe me India is not shining
Do you want the dynamics of Ramalinga Raju or the compassion of medha patkar. The former conspired with the system to be the architect of India's worst fraud. Dont give me the excuse that he created jobs. He tarnished the image of India across the globe. The latter on the other hand decided to swim against the current. her voice was for the deprived who were ousted from their homes in the name of development. If the dynamics of vishal creates satyams, enrons and lehman bros, I want my country to be stagnant. Atleast let us make our foundation strong.
about the driving test. this is the mud thrown at all the people who are against corruption. Once when we actually did bribe an officer does not mean that we dont have the right or moral authority to speak out against corruption. We are strongly against corruption. There is no question of compromising or adjusting. Every paise u give or take in the form of bribe goes and forms black money. There are two problems to this. The less u pay the government, the more potholes you get. Second all these black money goes into the hands of lunatics who want to destroy our nation by exploding bombs and creating riots. Sorry for the long reply. But I thought it was essential because it is dangerous sign that the youth of our country want to adjust or swim with the current. Lets make no room for doubt here corruption in any form is wrong even if it is about bribing to get license. I am sorry for doing it and will never do it again.

Well i do agree with this last comment. Don't judge me saying i am following some one or some thing.......your thought or what ever if by any chance aligns with some one else it does not mean that i am his slave or i will blindly follow what ever might be the issue.......
@ Das
Its good that you are sorry and also if you are to swim it means that you are swimming against the current or else the current will take you along with it. If you think you are waiting for the current to pick you....leave it aside and start swimming in your own ways......
any how kudos to all those who were against corruption and lets end this here because of 3 things.....
1) I dont see any girls commenting...
2) i can't chori adam....
and mainly
3) its getting really boring :)
